Clinical services offered though UTN include patient exams, patient consultations and follow-up exams. All patient exams are confidential and are done over a secure network. All health care providers are trained in telemedicine and follow the UTN polices and procedures for patient exams. A patient must be informed about what a telemedicine exam is and sign an informed consent prior to the telemedicine visit. All providers are licensed health care providers.
