Marta Petersen, M.D., Director, provides overall direction for the program; serves as the Utah Telehealth Network medical director and clinical champion at the University. Dr. Petersen also conducts telehealth clinics in dermatology.
Deb LaMarche, Program Manager, oversees the day-to-day operation of the network and serves as business manager. In addition, she is focused on strategic planning and the development of new services and sites for the Utah Telehealth Network.

Pat Bryner, Videoconferencing Coordinator, is responsible for the day-to-day schedule of videoconferencing events, capturing utilization data and management of the video bridge. Pat is the first point of contact for reporting technical difficulties.

Marz Cesarini, Project Manager, is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception to completion. This includes developing processes, mentoring staff, participating in strategic planning and managing resources and stakeholders both internal and external to the University.

Richard Evans, Senior Software Engineer, leads the development of the UTN database and videoconferencing scheduling system. He is responsible for designing the workflow and functions of a data storage and retrieval system.

Jeff Shuckra, MA, Network Engineer, is responsible for the technical aspects of the network. He ensures secure, reliable, and responsive network services in support of telehealth and business applications. He helps design, install, and maintain the connections, equipment, and applications.

Patricia Willis, RN MS, Outreach Coordinator, works with the UTN customers to implement and support both clinical and educational programs. She is the liaison between the UTN technical staff and the users.
