Marta Petersen, M.D., Director, provides overall direction for the program; serves as the Utah Telehealth Network medical director and clinical champion at the University. Dr. Petersen also conducts telehealth clinics in dermatology.
Deb LaMarche, Associate Director, oversees the operation of UTN and serves as business manager. In addition, she is focused on strategic planning and development of new services and sites for the Utah Telehealth Network.
Chotiros Chevasuttho, MBA, Financial Management Analyst, provides financial analysis to department management and coordinated program and operations analysis. Budgeting and Financial Report.
Marz Cesarini, Operations Manager, is responsible for day-to-day operations of the network, supervision of technical staff, and vendor relations. He also serves as project manager for the FCC Utah ARCHES Project.
Richard Evans, Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer, is responsible for managing and tracking UTN’s many projects and project processes. He is also the developer of UTED©, UTN’s scheduling system and database, and evaluates and implements software applications.
Joanne Rees, Account Specialist, is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the Telehealth program.
Jan McEwan, Media Services Specialist, is responsible for the day-to-day planning and implementation of videoconferencing events and the capturing of utilization data. Jan is the first point of contact for audio/visual technical support. She is responsible for the website, live web streaming, creation of video on demand, educational videos as well as media services.
Peter Bonsavage, CCNA, Network Engineer, is responsible for the technical aspects of the network. He ensures secure, reliable, and responsive network services in support of telehealth and business applications. He helps design, install, and maintain the connections, equipment, and applications.
Sean Black, Network Engineer, is responsible for the technical aspects of the network. He ensures secure, reliable, and responsive network services in support of telehealth and business applications. He helps design, install, and maintain the connections, equipment, and applications.
Patricia Carroll, RN MS, Outreach Coordinator, works with the UTN customers to implement and support both clinical and educational programs. She is the liaison between the UTN technical staff and the users.
Laura Shane-McWhorter, PharmD, BCPS, BC-ADM, CDE, is the Remote Care Coordinator for the Utah Telehealth Patient Monitoring Project. She is also a cllnical pharmacist at the Community Health Centers and Professor (Clinical) in the Department of Pharmacotherapy.
